Some people would wonder what it is that we love to eat in Jamaica. There are many different dishes that we eat, from a variety of chickens (jerk, curry, stew, baked bbq), to a variety of fish. The national dish of the Jamaican nation is Ackee and Saltfish. Jamaica is known mainly for its exotic fruits, and style of cooking. we as a nation take pride in our culinary skills
